1. Are your products physical or digital?
All products on Magnolia Designs are digital downloads (PDFs). No physical products will be shipped. You’ll receive instant access to your files via Payhip after purchase.
2. How do I download my purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll be redirected to a download link on Payhip. You’ll also receive an email with a link to download your files. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Payhip for secure payments, which accepts PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
4. Can I print the PDFs?
Yes! All our products are designed to be printed at home or at a local print shop. They are formatted for standard 8.5x11-inch paper for easy printing. You may print them as often as you need them.
5. What if I have trouble downloading my file?

6. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
7. Can I share the PDFs with others?
Our PDFs are for personal use only. Please do not share, distribute, or resell the files. If you’d like to gift a product, consider purchasing a separate copy for the recipient.
8. How often do you release new products?
We’re constantly working on new eBooks, planners, and printables! So please check back often on the Shop page for updates.
9. Do you offer custom designs?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we’re always open to suggestions for new products! Feel free to reach out with your ideas.
